Last week began with the Moon having just wrapped up both its first visit to your work sector for the year and the eclipsing Full Moon this had created. A week on and the Moon is once again impacting things professionally, this time in the final hours of its first visit to your career sector for the year. The Moon returned over the weekend, seven days after the lunar eclipse on the job front a week earlier for both its first visit for the year and since Mars’ left your career sector in the New Year. While the Moon will leave on Monday, not before allowing you to begin the week with your professional instincts and imagination fuelled and with a better read on forces across the income, work and career fronts. This is thanks to the Moon’s friendly aspect to the North Node on the job front over the weekend and to Venus, in her first weekend in your income sector.
There are two events that will give this professional year a head start, after which things will settle back to a more measured and confident pace across the income, work and career fronts. The first of those events is Mars’ departure from your career sector on 3rd December. When he leaves the warrior planet of the cosmos will not only wrap up his own over six week visit but all planetary activity on the career front until later in the year. Because Mars has been here since November, this may have meant keeping your professional hat on over the holiday period, but the trade off is an empowered start to this professional year. Because Mars does leave on 3rd January, this means you will still need to keep your professional hat on in the early days of the year, even if it is just to absorb Mars’ professional passions, fighting and competitive spirit before he leaves. Mars will leave you with enough traction and momentum that while things will ease back when he leaves, you will be able to keep things going under your own steam. The second event happens in the week following Mars’ departure from your career sector, when the Moon returns for its first visit to your work sector for the year, from 9th January to 12th January. It is the lunar eclipse this will create on 10th/11th January that can bring work and job matters to fruition or to a head, turning and/or tipping point. I should have really added a third event, for it is Venus’ return to your income sector just days later that will kick off what could potentially be some of the most lucrative weeks of 2020, from 14th January. Venus will return to find that she has access to all the momentum Mars has created on the career front and all that a lunar eclipse on the job front has triggered. With the North Node keeping work and job matters on track, Venus is the perfect planet to capitalise on income, work and career potential, which she will continue to do for the rest of the month. The Sun and Mercury will then take over from where she leaves off next month.
