This is one of those ‘did the chicken or the egg come first’ weeks, where it is hard to know which of two major influences is responsible for a surge in motivation and even movement. On the one hand, Saturn’s departure from Capricorn over the has not only removed a major barrier but has taken a major weight off your shoulders. You no longer have Saturn demanding that you do things the hard and the slow way, with his departure allowing everything to flow more smoothly. On the other hand, you begin the week with Mars and Pluto, the planets of war and revolution aligned in Capricorn, giving you the passion, energy and motivation to take on the world. Is it Saturn moving aside or Mars and Pluto coming together? Either way, the result is the same, which is the will and the motivation to throw yourself into the things that excite you. In the meantime, Saturn is now putting his considerable weight behind income matters, just before new developments open up on the job front next week.
While you began the year with Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter in Capricorn, the most powerful line up of planets ever to assemble here, Mars’ return last month has added a whole new dimension. Just having the planets of luck, change and strength together in Capricorn at the same time is giving you the power to move mountains and to embrace major new beginnings but they are planets that play a long game. Pluto has been in Capricorn since 2008, Saturn since 2017 and Jupiter only began a 12 month visit in December. Mars is a different story and having already spent two weeks here by the time you move into the new month and leaving on 31st March, he is here to make things happen now. Mars will always fuel your passion, drives, warrior and competitive spirit and at the start of a new Mars cycle he wants things to happen now. This is putting a bomb under the slower planets and while Jupiter and Pluto, the planets of luck and change love this and will thrive on the urgency this creates, this might be why Saturn decides to take a break. Saturn, the hard taskmaster of the cosmos and your ruling planet won’t actually leave Capricorn until December but will leave on 22nd March and won’t return to end his stay here until early July. This will clear the way for a lot of movement on the personal front. In the meantime, Saturn will turn his focus onto income matters, where he will have a chance to make preparations for both his and lucky Jupiter’s return in December. It is Mars’ return to your income sector on 31st March that will allow the warrior planet of the cosmos to exploit any income potential now and especially over the course of April and May. In the meantime, between them the Sun and Mercury will work to keep the communication lines open all month. At the same time, the Sun will work with Venus to ensure that the focus remains on matters of the heart and all things fun, playful, romantic and creative.
