The professional gods are creating a massively busy, hectic and dramatic start to this new professional year, but fortunately the pace will drop back. In reality, this is less a manic start to this new professional year and more a case of your 2018 professional year spilling into the early days of 2019. For the last time in our lifetime, you begin the year with Mars and Neptune, the planets of dreams and passion in your career sector. While Mars will leave on New Year’s Day, having spent the last six weeks of 2018 fuelling your professional passions, fighting and competitive spirit, this gives this new professional year a massive head start. You also begin the year with the Moon, Ceres and Venus in your work sector, with your heart in the game and an intuitive read on work and job matters from the get go. Yet with Mars leaving your career sector on New Year’s Day, the Moon leaving your work sector the next day and Venus a week later, after a dramatic start to the year, the professional gods will pull back. However, like the thrust needed to launch a rocket into space, once launched the real journey continues. Ceres will stay on in your work sector until 26th January, finally bringing 15 months of continuous planetary activity to a close, including the 13 months lucky Jupiter spent here. With Mars gone from your career sector, Neptune and Chiron will keep the momentum going, but ahead of the Sun’s return next month will want to pull back. The Moon’s return to your career sector from 10th January to 12th January will give you a chance to regroup and also adjust to a less manic pace. By the time the Moon returns to your work sector from 27th January to 30th January, it will be empty, with a chance to finally tie up loose ends.
