The Moon might leave your work sector just as you move into the new week but this is an advantage you will retain all week. This is more that the tail end of a visit over the weekend will graze the early hours of the week, allowing you to begin the week with an intuitive read on work and job matters and the timing couldn’t be better. A week after Mercury left your career sector, the North Node is now in charge of keeping things moving in an empowered sense of professional direction. What made the timing of the Moon’s return to your work sector last week so auspicious, is that it came just as the North Node was moving into an alignment with Neptune in your work sector, which is just coming to an end as the Moon leaves. This is only the second time in our lifetime that the North Node and Neptune have come together here, so to have the Moon move through, giving you a window into a regrouping of the major forces in play on the job and career fronts is serendipitous.
It is not often that planets leaving your career sector is something to be excited about but this time this is a win/win. As each planet left and especially in the final 10 days of last month, this saw the pressure drop back as they moved out of opposition with Saturn and Pluto. The Moon had come full circle from a total solar eclipse in your career sector in the final days of July and by then, most if not all the pressure had dialled back. While the Moon is gone by the time you move into the new month it only left in the closing hours of July, allowing you to begin the month with your professional instincts and imagination fuelled. This also gave the Moon a chance to connect with Mercury, who until leaving on 12th August is tying up loose ends. Mercury retrograded back in last month and this could have seen tensions rise again. Fortunately, Mercury turns direct before he can venture far enough back to move into opposition with Saturn and Pluto again. Instead, Mercury with his intellectually savvy edge and 20/20 hindsight is able to pick over the battlefield, searching for the spoils of war. While there will be no more planetary activity on the career front once Mercury leaves this won’t mean that things will drop back. The North Node is here until May 2020 and while this is a force that will keep the professional momentum moving and more importantly moving forward, it is not a planet so can’t experience the same push back. The North Node will continue to support dreamy Neptune, now in his second full month in retrograde motion on the job front. The Moon will move through your work sector from 16th August to 19th August, with a valuable chance to check in. You will get that chance on the career front, when the Moon moves through your career sector from 26th August to 28th August, by which point things will have settled back dramatically.
