We are still in the first three weeks of the year but already the dynamics are shifting. What we have this week that we didn’t last week is diversity. The faster moving planets are starting to move on and populate new areas of your chart or at least bring new energy into already active areas. One area of your chart where this will be noticeable is on the relationship front. While you have had Neptune in your relationship sector since 2012, having just turned direct in November he hasn’t tried to compete with more active areas of your chart. However, that has changed with Venus, the planet of love’s return, with your relationships all of a sudden back on your radar again. Another example is on the job front, where things are not starting from scratch but where the Sun and Mercury are picking up from where Venus left off. At the same time, the Moon’s return to your home and family sector on Monday, for its first visit of 2020 and since Mars’ return, will put a lot more focus on home, family and/or property matters.
Any month that begins with six planets in one area of your chart is going to be lopsided and when this includes the Sun and Jupiter, the largest planet in the solar system then life is going to be weighted in that direction. Spare a thought for some of your cosmic mates who have this line up in a busy or even challenging area of your life, while you in turn have won the cosmic jackpot. For those six planets are all in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart and half of them will remain here for most if not all of 2020. In addition, this comes with built in support from Uranus, who turns direct in an adventurous part of your chart on 11th January. Life might be busy and its normal demands might continue, but in terms of where the weight of planetary activity is located, it is on life’s more fun, playful, romantic and creative pursuits. This is not just an overriding theme this month but with Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion here until December, this is the greatest area for growth, expansion and opportunity in 2020. The Sun will always spend the first three weeks of January here but even after he leaves on 21st January this will remain the dominant area of your chart and theme for 2020. Yet there are also some real opportunities on the income and job fronts this month and in the perfect proportions. You begin the month with Venus in your work sector and while she will leave on 14th January, Mercury will return on 17th January and the Sun on 21st January. Throughout that time there will be support from Juno in your income sector. Had it been the other way round and you had this much planetary activity in a playful part of your chart and six planets in your work sector it would have been a very different story. Instead, there are enough opportunities on each front to ensure you have the right balance between work and play. In the meantime, Venus’ return to your relationship sector on 14th January will be good news for your relationships.
