This Week’s Horoscope:
Aries
We will all be impacted by Jupiter’s shift in focus in the first 48 hours of the week, with this not only the major event of 2019 but an event that will define 2020. For you the shift is likely to be more extreme, for it takes Jupiter out of an adventurous part of your chart and not only sees him return to your career sector but to join the already formidable line up of planets there. This is the most professionally charged and competitive part of your chart and Saturn, hard taskmaster of the cosmos but also the planet that can give you the power to move mountains if you have to, has been preparing for this since December 2017. With Venus in her first full week in your career sector and the Sun returning before Christmas, this is just the start of a major professional surge. However, while Jupiter leaves an adventurous part of your chart the spirit of adventure is in safe hands or at least through to February.
Taurus
All eyes are on Jupiter this week, as the planet of luck and expansion makes a move in the first 48 hours of the week that will not only change the dynamics of this year but next year as well. On Monday, Jupiter will be making the most of his final hours in your financial sector, where along with Venus who left last week, he has been both building for the future and working to update your financial goals and ambitions. While Jupiter is the planet of luck and expansion, his critics say that he is both full of hot air and promises more than he delivers, to which he says ‘guilty as charged’. It is not Jupiter’s job to deliver on what he promises, but instead leaves the planets staying behind and those still on the way with all the resources needed to succeed. In the meantime, Jupiter’s return to your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery has the ability to change the whole landscape of your life for the next 12 months.
Gemini
There is a lot going on this week and that makes starting the week with adventurous lunar vibes in play an advantage. It is less the sense of wanderlust, curiosity and adventure this might fuel and more the sense of perspective this can bring. In what is a big week across the professional, job, relationship and financial fronts, this is a reminder that it is all about the journey. And in each of those cases this is the reality, with nothing really ending or starting, just the dynamics shifting and the journey reaching a new phase. However, in saying that, with Venus due to spend Christmas, New Year, the holiday period and the first two weeks of 2020 in an adventurous part of your chart, this is a taste of things to come. In the meantime, it is Jupiter’s shift from focusing on your relationships to focusing on money matters that by Tuesday will have created a huge shift in focus. The relationship journey will continue and support is still arriving, but money matters get a massive boost and a lot more attention.
Cancer
The key to both making the most of Jupiter’s final hours in your busy work sector and his return to your relationship sector is to appreciate that nothing is ending and nothing is beginning. All that is happening is that the weight is shifting and the dynamics are changing. Jupiter’s departure will take his considerable weight off work and job matters and put that focus onto your relationships. However, with Venus in her first full week in your relationship sector and Saturn here for the last two years, there is already a lot of focus on your relationships. At the same time, while Jupiter will be gone from your work sector by Tuesday, the Sun will remain and with Mercury returning early next week and Mars in the New Year, work and job matters will continue to play out. However, a downshift on the job front will make it easier to make the most of the playful and adventurous forces that are also strengthening. Jupiter will leave you with a massive amount of job potential and momentum but with a better chance to find a balance between work and play.
Leo
This is no ordinary week but the most defining week of 2019, with one major Jupiter chapter ending and another beginning. This will not only change the dynamics for the rest of this year but for the majority of 2020 and for you the shift is a significant one, mainly because of how different this is. Less than 48 hours into the week Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion will leave a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart and his home for the last 13 months. It is Jupiter’s return to your busy work sector that create a fairly dramatic shift, joining forces with Saturn and Pluto to put the three most powerful planets in the solar system on the busy side of the fence. However, with the Sun remaining in a playful part of your chart, Mercury returning next week and Mars in the New Year, they will continue to maintain a balance between work and play. However, they will only keep the training wheels on until February.
Virgo
Despite the fact that you begin the week with the Moon in your work sector, with exciting insight into developments across the income, work and career fronts, this week takes a playful turn. Yet even that is a misnomer, in that you have had Saturn in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart since December 2017 and Pluto since 2008. So it is less that things take a playful turn and more that this is where even more weight shift thanks to Jupiter’s return. With Venus, planet of love also spending her first full week here, by Tuesday you will not only have the planet of luck and expansion as well but the most powerful planets in the solar system all here at the same time, for the first time in our lifetime. While Jupiter will take his focus off home and family matters, the Sun will keep the solar spotlight there, while the Moon really does give an exciting peek into what lies ahead on the income, work and career fronts.
Libra
While this is a big week, with Jupiter’s return to your home and family sector beginning a major year for all things close to home, it is the Moon that will have an important impact this week as well. Starting the week with the Moon in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart will get the week off to a good start, especially as this is a taste of things to come. It is on Tuesday that the Moon will shift its focus to work and job matters, with a chance to get your bearings during Neptune’s first full week in direct motion here. The Moon will not only have an impact here, giving you an intuitive read on work and job matters but will make the middle part of the week a positive time across the income, work and career fronts. By the time you move into the weekend the Moon will be in your relationship sector, where the doors are still open to the past and an opportunity for healing.
Scorpio
What a difference a week can make. If the only thing different this week was that last week’s challenges and tensions were now behind you, this would still be a good week. However, things have done a complete turnaround. Where there was relationship tension, in particular, Venus, in her first full week in your communication sector is already on a mission to ensure the communication lines are open. Communication support will continue to gain momentum, with Jupiter wrapping up a 13 month visit to your income sector in order to join Venus in your communication sector by Tuesday. With the Sun still in your income sector for several weeks, Mercury returning in early next week and Mars in the New Year, there is still plenty of time and resources in order the exploit income potential. In the meantime it is Mars, in Scorpio for the rest of the year, who is once again firing up your drives and motivation.
Sagittarius
This is a week where you reach a major turning point in the year and that it happens during your birthday month will empower the way you embrace the future. For nearly 13 months Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion and your ruling planet has been in Sagittarius, helping you build for the future. Jupiter’s return to Sagittarius last November brought you to the start of a new 12 year Jupiter cycle of expansion, with the first year all about laying down foundations and building for the future. Jupiter will leave Sagittarius in the early part of the week, handing the reins to the Sun by Tuesday. This will bring a chance to bring the focus back from the big picture and focus more on your birthday month and new solar year. In the meantime, Jupiter’s return to your income sector brings you to the start of what has the potential to be your most lucrative year in over a decade. It helps that from the get go you already have the power to move mountains.
Capricorn
This is the week that you have been waiting and preparing for, not just for the whole of this year but seriously since Saturn returned to Capricorn in December 2017. While Saturn returned to begin a new three decade long Saturn cycle of growth two years ago, for nearly 13 months Jupiter has been in a nostalgic and reflective part of your chart, winding down a 12 year Jupiter cycle of expansion. For the whole of 2019 so far you have had one foot in the past, still closing old doors while also opening new doors. That changes with Jupiter’s return to Capricorn, opening the door to not only your most powerful and significant year in over a decade but to begin a new 12 year Jupiter cycle of expansion. Yet even though Jupiter will be in Capricorn by Tuesday, with wind down of your old solar year still underway the lines between the past, present and future will remain blurred. However, the power shifts to the future this week.
Aquarius
This is a week where the lines between the past, present and future are set to become even more blurred but where each view holds something to be excited about. Starting the week with the Moon in Aquarius is a chance to look to the future, with this last visit before Venus returns a chance to get a sense of the doors getting ready to open. While your birthday month and new solar year don’t begin until later next month, Venus will be in Aquarius in time for Christmas. In the meantime, by the time the Moon leaves Aquarius on Tuesday Jupiter will be in his early hours in a nostalgic and reflective part of your chart, where along with Saturn and Pluto he has returned to wind down a 12 year Jupiter cycle of expansion. With both Jupiter and Saturn returning to Aquarius next year, their focus is now on first closing old doors. Yet while this is drawing your attention towards the future and the past it is the Sun, remaining in in a socially charged part of your chart that will allow you to also stay in the moment.
Pisces
There is a changing of the guard on the professional front this week or in the area of your life where you are striving to achieve things. After nearly 13 months in your career sector Jupiter will leave in the early hours of the week and while nothing changes, everything changes. Nothing changes in terms of having just as much professional momentum and resources. The Sun is here for several more weeks, Mercury will return early next week and Mars in the New Year. However, everything changes in that this is no longer the driving force in your life that must come before everything else. That driving force will move with Jupiter into your sector of friendship, teamwork and networking, where by Tuesday your most important and powerful year for connecting in over a decade will be underway. Meanwhile, the one planet happen to see things dial back a little professionally is Mars, who is still in a mission to fuel a passion for adventure.
