While the Moon won’t return to your career sector until Friday and its biggest impact won’t be felt until just as you are moving into the weekend, this will have a big impact this week and is a potential game changer. The Moon returns to your career sector once every four weeks, will fuel your professional instincts and imagination, deliver valuable clues, hunches and insights and will then move on. However, this second visit since the South Node returned a month earlier was always going to make this visit more significant, giving you more clues to the untapped professional potential it has access to. The game changer is that the Moon not only returns to find the Sun on the other side of the sky and therefore moving into an opposition to create a Full Moon but because of the South Node, a lunar eclipse. A Full Moon has the power to bring things to fruition or to a head, turning and/or tipping point but an eclipse can help to unleash all that the South Node has access to.
While the South Node returned to your career sector early last months, it is nearly a month to the day since its return that the real implications will become evident. Where its partner the North Node is all about the future, the South Node is all about the past, completion and untapped potential and having returned five months after Jupiter wrapped up a 13 month visit, there is plenty of that. In addition, with the lunar nodes always in opposition and the North Node focused on home and family matters, until they leave in January 2022 the lunar nodes will also police your work/life balance. However, another aspect connected to the lunar nodes is the eclipses they create. The lunar nodes aren’t physical objects and are instead the point in the heavens where the Earth’s orbit around the Sun is intersected by the Moon’s orbit around the Earth. Where their paths cross there is a constant gravitational pull but because the Earth and Moon cross paths here if a New or Full Moon falls close the nodes it will create an eclipse. This is what happens when the Moon returns to your work sector from 5th June to 7th June, turning an ordinary Full Moon on 6th June into a lunar eclipse. As well as giving the Full Moon a lot more oomph, a lunar eclipse acts as a trigger for everything that the South Node has access to, creating the potential for major or unexpected professional developments. Whatever this triggers will be more than a one off event, with the South Node able to keep the momentum going. With Mars returning to your income sector on 28th June and then spending the rest of the year here and the Sun returning to your work sector next month, this will see developments across the income, work and career fronts continue to unfold, escalate and feed off each other. The Moon’s return to your work sector from 24th June to 26th June is the last before the Sun returns, with clues that can help you to start lining up in front of new doors before they open.
