The Moon is not only moving through a heavily occupied part of the sky this week but the part where there are not only some big changes happening but will draw in support from and from planets in other areas. It began over the weekend when the Moon not only returned for its first visit to your income sector since Pluto’s retrograde turn here last week but before Mercury leaves your work sector on Tuesday and Venus over the weekend. The Moon will leave in the early hours of the week but Venus and Pluto will go on to make this a good week for income and job matters. Meanwhile, the Moon will be in your communication sector by the time Mercury, the planet of communication returns to your relationship sector on Tuesday. With Jupiter leaving your communication sector next week but Mercury here to stay, this is the start of a new chapter on the communication and relationship fronts. By the end of the month, the doors will be open to the past and second chances on both fronts.
The Sun will always spend the first three weeks of May in your busy work sector and starting the month with Venus and Mercury here as well means that you have heart and mind in the game and on the same page from the start as well. This is always the point in any year when the focus is on work and job matters or on whatever it is that keeps you busy and occupies your time. The difference this year is that instead of just getting started, things are wrapping up or at least the job of gaining as much traction as possible is. Mars has already spent eight weeks here this year and with Mercury leaving on 4th May and Venus on 9th May, until the Sun leaves on 21st May it is about tying up loose ends and getting things on track. Meanwhile, while the Sun will always end the month in your relationship sector, long before he turns the solar spotlight onto your relationships on 21st May, heart and mind will already be engaged. Mercury will return to your relationship sector on 4th May, where as the planet of communication he will usually spend 14 to 15 days getting the communication lines open. Instead, a retrograde turn will keep Mercury here until July while Venus will return on 9th May to both update your relationship expectations and turn desires into reality. With a total lunar eclipse in Sagittarius on 26th May putting a balance between your personal and relationship needs to the test, having the planets of love and communication on board is a bonus. Meanwhile, while this will always make this a month where there is a lot of focus on job and relationship matters, there are two outliers that you wouldn’t expect at this time of year and not to the degree that their influence is likely to have. Those outliers are Mars and Jupiter. Mars not only returned to your financial sector on 23rd April for the first time in two years but two months ahead of when the Sun will return each year. Not leaving until 12th June, Mars will spend the whole of May fuelling your financial passions and fighting spirit as he encourages you to take your financial power back. Meanwhile, Jupiter’s return to your home and family sector on 14th May opens the doors to a whole new focus on home, family and/or property matters.
