Starting the week with the Moon in your work sector is one thing, giving you an intuitive read on work and job matters from the start, but under a New Moon takes this to a whole new level. The Sun and Moon align on Monday to begin a new lunar cycle, sweeping work and job matters forward with it creating a lot of forward momentum. What makes this even more auspicious is the timing and not just because it happens on Monday and right at the start of the working week. It is the fact that this isn’t just any working week but the Sun and Mercury’s last full week here and just days before Venus leaves on Thursday. Everything was already geared up and ready to go, with planets ready to put the most into their final days together, with the Moon acting as the right trigger and creating the right momentum at the right time. To maximise the forward momentum a New Moon can create, this is a week for putting everything you have into everything you do from the start.
The focus will always be on work and job matters at this time of year, due to the fact that the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of April in your work sector. This year there are two layers to what is happening, one the ordinary layer and the other full of factors that makes this year different and gives it its own flavour. No two years are ever the same and while the solar spotlight might move onto your work situation, matters and options at this time of year, what it reveals will differ from year to year. This year, in addition to that, there are factors that are giving you an advantage and they can be boiled down to three main factors and they basically history, preparation and the chance to play a tight game. History, because it was in early January that Mars wrapped up a nearly seven month visit to your work sector, his longest in 32 years and things are still playing out from last year. Preparation, because you have had the dwarf planet Ceres in your work sector since February, with her first visit in four years bringing a chance to review your needs and priorities on the job front. Especially when it comes to job satisfaction and a sense of purpose. This was a chance to regroup and by the time the Sun returned on 20th March and Venus two days later, you were ready for this next phase. The last factor is the ability to play a tight game. While the Sun returns at the same time every year, Venus and Mercury will return at around the same time but to a looser schedule. Last year Venus was gone by the time the Sun even returned, while Mercury didn’t return until the Sun was about to leave, so were never here at the same time and were never closely aligned. This year, the Sun and Venus not only returned within 48 hours of each other but spent their first seven days aligned, with Mercury returning on 4th April to help you work smarter, get your head in the game, ideas on the table and the communication lines open. Until Venus leaves on 15th April, Mercury on 19th April and the Sun on 20th April they will operate as a tight unit, putting all your resources in the same place at the same time. This will be especially noticeable on the days on either side of a New Moon on 12th April.
