Starting the week with the Moon in your career sector is always an advantage, allowing you to begin the week with your professional instincts and imagination fuelled from the get go. However, this visit has been so extraordinary and the information being downloaded and access so varied that it will take the whole week just to begin processing it. When the Moon leaves on Monday this will wrap up a New Moon over the weekend, something that has given career matters and this professional year the green light. However, this is also the Moon’s first visit since Venus’ retrograde turn here, since Saturn turned retrograde in your work sector and last before Juno turns direct in your income sector on Wednesday. A New Moon is an opportunity for new beginnings but at a time of year when the doors are also open to the past, second chances and untapped potential across the income, work and career fronts.
While the Sun will always return to your career sector towards the end of May each year, turning the solar spotlight onto your career and professional situation, matters and options, nothing else about this month could be considered typical. And that includes across the income, work and career fronts and it is as if the professional and money gods have decided that extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures. The only thing that could be considered typical this month is that the Sun will be in your career sector from 21st May, there will be a New Moon here on 23rd May and Mercury will return on 29th May with a chance to get your head in the game and around your options. Yet things deviated from normal here and across the board as far back as November 2019, with more things gradually coming online since then. It began with Juno’s return to your income sector in November for what should have been a two month visit but instead a retrograde turn in February will keep her here until September. It continued with Mars and Saturn’s return to your work sector in March, just as the typical planetary activity you would expect each year on the job front was running its course. It continued with Venus’ return to your career sector early last month, so far ahead of the Sun that a retrograde turn on 13th May will force her to wait, something that will keep her here until August. While Mars will leave your work sector on 13th May and will try and accomplish as much as possible before he leaves, with Saturn turning retrograde here on 11th May and Juno in retrograde motion until 27th May, this will open the doors to the past, second chances and untapped potential across the income, work and career fronts. Even then the professional gods aren’t done, with the North Node’s return to your career sector on 5th May and position here until January 2022 creating an open portal to the future. This will create a series of eclipses over the next 18 months, while with its partner the South Node will also help to police a balance between work and play. These are extraordinary conditions for extraordinary times.
