This Week’s Money Horoscope:
Aries
To have had the Moon return to your financial sector just hours after Mars’ return to your income sector last week created a volatile first few days. However, that ended with the Moon’s departure over the weekend, taking the heat out of things but not before fuelling the warrior planet of the cosmos’ warrior spirit. The Moon is gone and won’t be back for another four weeks but if this has lit a fire under a call to fight for what you deserve then it was worth the few bumpy days. Mars has returned ready to make things happen and with Venus, the planet of money in her first full week in your career sector he has an ally. However, both will have to wait until the second half of the week to gain traction, thanks to a New Moon on the career front on Wednesday and Uranus’ direct turn in your income sector a day later. Uranus is the last planet in retrograde motion so when he turns direct, things won’t just take off on the income and career fronts but across the board.
Taurus
Starting the week with the Moon in your financial sector is always an advantage but even more so as Venus only just left over the weekend. The Moon returned less than 24 hours later and in time to capture her financial desires and expectations while they were still fresh. This is the Moon’s first visit for the year and it comes just as there is a transition of power, with the planets charged with defining for your financial intentions for the coming year gone but the crew that will keep the rest of this financial year on track regrouping. The Moon has already aligned with the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment by the time you move into the new week, giving you a read on what is now the resolve to turn financial desires into reality. Before leaving the Moon will also cross the lunar nodes on Monday, giving you an intuitive read on both sides of the financial fence. By Tuesday the Moon will be gone, leaving you with everything needed to keep money matters on track.
Gemini
Venus is not just spending her first full week in your financial sector but her first week here since 2019. Venus didn’t visit your financial sector in 2020 and was not here during the heavy focus that Saturn and Jupiter put on money matters last year. However, she has returned in time to exploit the benefits and especially as there is a lot less pressure and a lot more potential. Venus returned over the weekend and with the Sun in his last full week here, while the solar spotlight is still on your financial situation and money matters. Mercury left just a few hours before Venus returned, allowing the planet of money to benefit from having a smart head for money and your head in the game without having to overthink things. Instead, Venus is free to fuel your financial confidence, update your expectations and bring the laws of attraction into effect. Venus is here in time to catch the wave of forward momentum that Wednesday’s New Moon will create.
Cancer
While Saturn and Jupiter returned to your financial sector just before Christmas, it wasn’t until Mercury returned over the weekend that this became real or had any practical impact. Saturn is here until 2023 and Jupiter has the first and the last five months of 2021 to promote financial growth and expansion, so neither is in any kind of hurry and are more focused on the long term. Mercury has returned for what is normally a 14 to 15 day visit aimed at giving you the smart head for money needed to get your head in the game and start making financial choices, decisions and plans in real time and in a real world way. While Mercury has returned to do just that a retrograde turn later in the month will keep him here until March, giving you time to get this new financial year up to speed and get your head around a very real chance to take your financial power back. The Moon’s return midweek will give you a better read on both.
Leo
For the majority of the week, things are quiet on both sides of the financial fence and that is just the way you want it. Last week not only began with the Moon in your income sector but as it clashed with both planets in your financial sector this put a balance between money coming in and money going out to the test. A week on you are still processing the valuable clues, hunches and insights the Moon’s first visit to your income sector for the year left you with, while a sharp nose for money could prove pivotal. With Mars spending his first full week in your career sector and Venus, the planet of money her first in your work sector, this has left you with a sense of where the money is just as things are firing up on both fronts. It is over the weekend that the Moon will make its first visit to your financial sector for the year, with a chance to turn your focus onto the other side of the financial fence.
Virgo
When Mars left your financial sector last week he left behind the dwarf planet Eris. As Mars is the warrior prince and Eris the warrior princess of the cosmos, this has left his financial passions and fighting spirit in safe hands and it means that the battle he has been waging for the last seven months to take your financial power back is in safe hands as well. However, with Eris still in retrograde motion, any urgency left with Mars, putting a temporary halt on things. Mars only left last Thursday and Eris will turn direct on Monday, releasing the pause button but not before giving you a chance to pull back and find a more manageable and sustainable pace, one that gives you better control. With the Moon not returning for its first visit to your financial sector for the year until early next week, there is a chance to let things settle. You know what you are fighting for but time is now on your side.
Libra
Because the Moon only left your income sector on Sunday this allows you to begin the week with a sharp nose for money and a new sense of resolve. This was the Moon’s first visit since Venus and Juno left just before Christmas, with a chance to revisit Venus’ desires and expectations and Juno’s resolve to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes. This has also had an impact on the other side of the financial fence, where the Moon has created some intensity and competition during Mars’ early days in your financial sector. The Moon returned just a few hours after Mars’ return to your financial sector last Thursday and almost immediately clashed. This may have created some strong emotional and passionate responses or even some financial tension but as Mars is the warrior planet of the cosmos, this has also lit a fire under his financial passions and fighting spirit.
Scorpio
Starting the week with the Moon in your income sector is always an advantage and this first visit for the year is no exception, giving you a sharp nose for money and a lucrative sense of direction from the get go. However, this is also the Moon’s first visit since Venus left over the weekend and having returned less than 24 hours later, has returned while her influence, desires and expectations are still strong. This should have ended all planetary activity on the income front and while technically it did, the Moon has returned to find the resources that will not only keep things on track but help you turn desires into reality. One of those resources is the asteroid Juno, with the queen of commitment in your income sector until November where she will continue to give you the resolve to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes. The other is the South Node, which throughout 2021 will hold the doors open to the past, second chances and untapped income potential. By Tuesday you will have a better read on both.
Sagittarius
A number of factors go into creating what could be a breakthrough week on the income and job fronts, with real evidence of that by Tuesday. Even without the events yet to transpire the week still gets off to a stunning start, with Mars in his first full week in your work sector and Venus, the planet of money in her first full week in your income sector. Because of retrograde phases and despite their best efforts, neither managed to spend any time here in 2020 so are ready to make up for lost time. A friendly aspect between the two over the weekend has already created more motivation on the income and job fronts than anything seen last year. However, Venus has not only returned to exploit a huge amount of untapped income potential, she and Mars will get a boost from a New Moon on the income front on Tuesday and from Uranus’ direct turn in your work sector a day later.
Capricorn
While Saturn and Jupiter returned to your income sector just before Christmas and this will have major implications throughout the coming year, it wasn’t until Mercury returned over the weekend that you had a chance to get your head around this. This is something you are still adjusting to, with Mercury’s more mundane focus on income matters a contrast to Jupiter and Saturn’s more long term focus. They are here to promote growth over the course of the coming year while Mercury has returned to make things happen now. Returning ahead of the Sun’s return next week, in any other year, this would be the chance you get each year to get your head around your options. While that is still the case, by the time the Moon returns midweek it will be clear that the bar has been raised. Maybe that is why, while normally only here for 14 to 15 days, Mercury and his smart head for money will be available through to March.
Aquarius
While the Moon will make its first visit to your income sector for the year this week it won’t be until the weekend, giving you time to digest the considerable amount of information gained last week on both sides of the financial fence. Last week not only began with the Moon in your financial sector but putting pressure on both planets in your income sector. This is something that happens every four weeks and with no planetary activity on the financial side of the fence, as well as fuelling your financial instincts and imagination the Moon will put a balance between money coming in and money going out to the test. However, before wrapping up its first visit to your career sector for the year over the weekend the Moon formed a friendly aspect to those same planets, putting them back on the same page. Those two planets are Neptune and Ceres, who until things start moving on the income front next month are charged with updating your income needs and priorities. You will get a better read on this when the Moon returns over the weekend.
Pisces
While the Moon left your financial sector last Thursday this did more than just fuel your financial instincts and imagination or bring a chance to check in. Here the focus is more on what you do with and how you manage the money you have, with the first visit for the year a chance to push the ‘reset’ button. However, the biggest impact was on the income side of the financial fence, with the Moon having moved through during Mars’ final days in your income sector. Mars left last Thursday, the same day that the Moon left your financial sector and it was that competition in his final days that fired up his warrior spirit, leaving you with a better sense of what you are fighting for. After nearly seven years, Mars’ longest visit to your income sector in 32 was coming to an end, with the Moon able to wave the red flag under his nose in his closing days. Until the dwarf planet Eris turns direct here on Monday there has been a chance to push the pause button, giving you time to digest things.
